Service Fees

PLANNING BOARD PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE & SKETCH PLAN REVIEW:  $50 flat fee

PLANNING BOARD APPLICATION FEE: 

$50 plus all related costs* - if no public hearing will be required; $200 plus all related costs* - if public hearing will be required

                                                           

SITE PLAN APPROVAL:

Residential - $150 flat fee plus $100 per dwelling unit - plus all related costs*

Commercial/industrial - $150 flat fee plus $2 per 100sf or part thereof - plus all related costs*         

REVISED SITE PLAN APPROVAL:

Residential - $100 flat fee plus $100 per dwelling unit - plus all related costs*            

Commercial/industrial - $100 flat fee plus $4 per 100sf or part thereof - plus all related costs*         

ESCROW PAYMENT:

Minimum escrow payment of $1,500.00 will be taken with every Planning Board Application to cover costs incurred such as Engineer, Attorney,Public Hearing Notices, etc. addtional escrow will be due as needed.

SPECIAL MEETINGS: 

special meetings of the Planning Board or other Village entity held at the request of the applicant, as well as any continuation of a public hearing held at the request of the applicant, shall carry a fee of $200 per meeting/hearing plus all related costs.*
